Neuro Care India (NCI) provides a free AI Symptom Checker tool for educational purposes. This tool:
- Asks 4 focused clinical questions and generates a preliminary differential diagnosis report
- Is purely educational — it is NOT a final medical diagnosis
- Offers one free session per device
- Requires no registration, no name, no contact details, and no images
2. What We Do NOT Collect
Our free AI Symptom Checker:
- ❌ Does not ask your name
- ❌ Does not ask for phone number or email
- ❌ Does not capture photos or images
- ❌ Does not require account creation
Only your symptom descriptions and answers are temporarily stored during the session and are cleared when you close your browser.
3. How to Use the Report
🩺 After receiving your AI report:
- Take a screenshot of the report — it will contain a consultation reference number
- You can take this report to any doctor near you for further evaluation
- Or contact us at +91-9311696923 and share the screenshot of the report
- Our doctor will continue from there — perform a physical examination, narrow the diagnosis, order necessary tests, and plan treatment
4. Medical Disclaimer
⚠️ This is an AI-assisted triage tool, NOT a final diagnosis.
- The AI report does not replace a doctor's consultation
- For emergencies (stroke, seizures, severe head injury, chest pain), call 108 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately
- All treatment decisions must be made by a qualified clinician after in-person examination
5. AI Technology
This tool uses a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude). AI responses are guided by clinical protocols developed by Dr P K Jha (M.Ch AIIMS), but AI can make mistakes. Always confirm with a doctor in person.
6. Usage Limits
- One free session per device (valid for 30 days)
- Additional sessions require registration
- Misuse or automated access to this tool is prohibited
