2. What to Do with the Report

After receiving the AI report:

📸 Take a screenshot of the report (it contains a consultation reference number)
🏥 Show this report to any doctor near you for further evaluation
📞 Or call/WhatsApp us at +91-9311883132 and share the screenshot
👨‍⚕️ Our doctor will continue from there — physical examination, narrow the diagnosis, order tests, and create a treatment plan

3. Callback Form

If you fill out the callback form on the homepage (which is optional), we collect your name and phone number — solely to call you back. This information:

Is used only by the NCI team
Is never sold or shared with third parties
Is used only for the purpose of medical consultation

4. AI Data Processing

Your symptom descriptions are sent to Anthropic Claude AI for processing. Anthropic's own privacy policy applies. We do not send any identifiable personal information to the AI — no name, no contact, no location.

5. Google Analytics & Ads

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking to understand which pages are visited and how effective our ads are. This is standard practice across all websites. No personal health information is shared with Google.
